Zenith FNL wrist watches news:
The timepiece manufacture Cartier has proudly put out its new Masse Secrete Panther Decor watch to be admired by lovers of exquisite watchmaking. The ingenuity of the new Cartier watch lies in its inverted rotor, presented on a dial side in the form of a diamond-set panther with black lacquered spots. The three-dimensional gracious animal seems to travel across a deep purple mother-of-pearl dial. It whispers the time through central hours and minutes.
Just got this JDM Orient Star. Beautiful watch.....excellent fit & finish, runs excellent so far. Review is online just google model # WZ0091ER, guy named Gary. The only negative on JDM watches for me are straps/bracelets, I have small wrists, but some JDM straps/bracelets are real small/short!!! Couldn't get comfortable...felt like bloody Goldilocks....1 link too loose, 2 links too tight and clasp didn't have enough holes for micro adjusting! No problem as I like it on fabric straps, Zulus & NATO's, and will get a leather or reptile skin strap.....I have enough SS watches on SS oyster type bracelets!
Always been curious about this with all the hype around certain ones. Never seen a thread/poll on it before.
I went to an AP AD yesterday and tried a 44, it was the steel version, and one thing was striking, the bezel was much thinner in width than the bezel on my CE diver, is that the case for all 44mm models? When I see pics of the RG it doesn't seem to be the case, also when I saw the CE 44 it didn't strike me as well, but yesterday it's the first thing I noticed, do all the 44's have the exact same bezel? When you look at the AP website the SS 44 does seem to have a much thinner bezel than the CE 44, clearly thinner than the diver's bezel as well, I thought that the bezel was the same for all 44's and find it quite strange that the bezel on a 44 is thinner than the ones on 42's… Here's the link to the AP page where you can see it, of all the 44's the SS seems to have a much thinner bezel than the others, wonder why they made a thinner bezel for this mdel and not the same bezel for all :.audemarspiguet/fr/wat...l-oak-offshoreThanks for your answer to my existential question
I thought I'd share my views. Please take with a grain of salt and please chime in one way or another. 1.5131P – The highly anticipated worldtimer to complete the foursome of the collectible enamel worldtimers. I like the idea of the map layout, but will all the white/snow on the dial affect the contrast with the hands making it less legible? I think I prefer the R and the J that have a certain warmth. And why did Patek have to go with a bracelet? I saw online that this will now weigh close to half a pound! Totally unnecessary…. 5131_1P_001.png2.5960G – While the watch looks more appealing than the silver dialed steel counterpart, this is a very strange move that may hurt the value of the 5960P with blue dial which was rarer than the grey dialed 5960P. Patek probably could care less, but a nod to your loyal collector base would be nice by not reissuing essentially the same dial in a white gold case. Now that we are on topic, a few big collectors are quite upset that
