I have 21J Hamilton, 16S, ser. no 704011. Official Hamilton says it as a model 992 but it appears to be older than that. I think it is a mod. 990. How can I tell the difference?

I've got the bug for an Omega SM pretty bad. Unfortunatley I have several other projects I need to take care of before I can get the Omega.I've been talking to the wife and I think I've got her pretty much agreed to letting me buy a Stowa But, If I get a watch she wants one as well. Can anyone give me some recomendations for a lady's watch that's under $1K?Also on the Stowa's. What's the difference between the Airman & Marine? Other then the color of the watch face? From Rose to Gold...
