Audemars Piguet 6007-516 wrist watches news:
Hi guys, I have a warranty question that I'm hoping one of you can help me with...Earlier this month I purchased my first Omega after years of admiring them through the jeweler's display case. I went to my local AD and brought home a 2254.50.The watch came properly packaged with all three cards in the wallet. On the warranty card, the name of the Jeweler was not the retailer from which I made my purchase. Rather, it appeared to be the name of a corporation that owns my local AD.The "Ref:", "Watch No:" and "Date" sections are blank on the warranty card. Also, Internet searches on the corporation's name lead me to believe that bankruptcy is a strong possibility. Are either of these potential issues in the event that I need to contact Omega regarding warranty work? Thanks,
Man, this has been a great watch week for me. First, my Hamilton that has been away for repairs is back and working great! And, to add to that, I received two Citizen BL5250-02L models Wednesday. One as a gift to my father-in-law and of course, one for me! Here are a few quickie pics I did with the point and shoot and the specs on the watch.Brand Name: Citizen Model number: BL5250-02L Part Number: BL525002L Dial window material type: Mineral Clasp: Buckle Case material: Titanium Case diameter: 45 millimeters Case Thickness: 13 millimeters Band material: Leather Band length: mens-standard Band width: 23 millimeters Dial color: blue-grey Bezel material: Titanium Bezel Function: unidirectional Calendar: Date Movement: Citizen Eco-Drive Water resistant depth: 660 Feet Warranty Type: 5-yr manufacturer warranty Then, while my wife and I were out and about we went into a local jewelry store and Seiko AD that was going out of bussiness and I saw a Seiko SNAA30 that I fell in love with. I had s

I thought to let people know what kind of discounts people have been getting on different models watches and how/if that changed over timeI will start:all brand new 116610LN (subC) 11/17: from AD for $8000 (6% discount) and a wolf winder126300 (DJ41) 11/17: from trusted seller Blue dial jubilee bracelet: $5950(20%)116710 BLNR (Batman): 11/17: from AD. $8950 (0% discount) + Wolf savoy 116610 LV (hulk) 1/18: from AD for $6452 (31% to make up for a mess they did with me)
Thought I'd share my newest acquisition with you all, a mid 2004 F5..... serial Rolex 16610LV Anniversary Submariner. I had one of these a few years ago, a D serial but as you do you flip and change. Bit of a mistake on my part. This F serial is a complete set in the old style box with the moss covered stone card outer, it even has the anchor too (which I believe stopped being give when they started using the newer ripple top boxes). I have an original catalogue from October 2004 with price list and back then new this watch would have been ¡ê2650!! Wish thats what I'd just paid for this one!I've photographed it next to my 50th Anniversary Sea-Dweller the 126600 as I think they make a very nice pairing of 50th Anniversary Rolex. Now I never see watches as investment pieces, I buy them if I like the look of them and if I don't like them after wearing for a while I sell them on, if I get my money back thats always a bonus, I generally don't though. Over the past few months I have bought
