- I bought this watch and in a month or so I noticed that water penetrated the clock. I then bought another style watch from the same maker and the same thing happened. Has anyone else gone through this blem with Bulova Watches?

At SIHH, Piaget will debut the new Emperador Coussin Tourbillon Automatic Ultra-Thin. This piece sets a new record for the worldĄŻs thinnest self-winding tourbillon watch, measuring a mere 10.4mm thick. It is a showcase of Piaget’s unique skills in the field of ultra-thin watchmaking and the brand’s desire to develop innovative and creative complicated calibers. Throughout its history, Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie Piaget has constantly pursued its groundbreaking work in the highly technical field of ultra-thin movements. Of a total of 29 movements developed by Piaget, the new Calibre 1270P is the 17th ultra-thin mechanism. This expertise in ultra-thin watchmaking has also given rise to complicated calibers, including the 600P shaped tourbillon, 880P chronograph, and 855P perpetual calendar. In 2010, Piaget celebrated the 50th anniversary of the launch of the legendary Calibre 12P by presenting Calibres 1200P (hours and minutes) and 1208P (hours, minutes and small seconds),

According to Gustafsson & Sjogren, the watchmaker/bladesmith combo team out of Sweden, the Bifrost represents their first dress watch collection. I sort of have to disagree with that premise, as many of their other watches could have easily seen dress watch duty (depending on your style). A good example is the superlative Gustafsson & Sjogren Winter Nights watches (hands-on here) that combine a lot of design and watchmaking nerd appeal.Having said that, the upcoming Bifrost collection will certainly suffice as a casual or dress watch, if you feel that one of Johan Gustafsson's "high contrast" individually-made Damascus steel dials is suitable to pair with your suit. As is their custom, each new watch collection from Gustafsson & Sjogren (aka, GoS Watches) begins with an individual model which will later be followed up with others that feature varying dial styles and possibly colors. Using various techniques and acids, the hand-forged Damascus steel dials can be rendered in
I would like to know how to decide which way to set the rotation on a winder.I have not tried the Luxupak winder yet but I am happy with the service (received it in less than a week) and fit and finish look good. This is the first time I am adding a photo of my Prielli so I hope it works.ThanksBrian[/IMG]
Hey guys. Considering picking up one of these beauties with white dial. I'm unsure of how they size given their shape. Can anyone that has one take a comparison picture with their Rolex ?I currently wear a RG daytona, GV, GMT2c and 16613 bluesy. They're all fine on my wrist just don't want anything much bigger then any of those. I'm wondering which of the 3 I should shoot for 37-39 or 41. I'll go see the AD this week to try on the 15400 and 15450 but he doesn't have the discontinued 39mm for me to try and I have a feeling that's the one I'll need. Thanks in advance.
