Bell & Ross is launching a new collection with two lines: Vintage Original and Vintage Heritage. The collection is an homage to 1940s aviator watches. Legibility is excellent, and the watches have the trademark Bell & Ross look. The collection includes a time and date model (BR 123) and a chronograph (BR 126). Both watches have 41mm round stainless-steel cases. The BR 123 time and date model puts the small seconds and date at 6. The BR 126 chronograph has central seconds, a 60 second counter at 3 and a 30 minute totalizer at 9. The round date opening is at 4:30. Both watches have domed anti-reflective crystals, 100 meter water resistance, and luminescent hands, numbers and indexes. BR 123 is powered by an ETA 2895, while the chronograph uses an ETA 2894.The Original and Heritage lines are differentiated by aesthetic treatments. ROO 44 Dial Layout and Styling
hey guys just wondering as i have been researching a few watches for my next purchase1. is the 42mm gone already you think? ie are we seeing the final trickle downs and then it will be discontinued2. whether yes or no for the above, as far as the 44 is concerned:a. will there be dials with arabic numerals? roman numerals? instead of the indiceshell even round hr marker??b. do you think we will be seeing the dashes of colour in a couple yrs time? inner bezel this color, motif that color, chronos a third or another?c. ever see a bracelet for the 44 in the future?? a full ceramic bracelet?!3. is my mind playing games or did someone actually post a pic of a roo with a white ceramic bezel? it was a 42 roo and some sort of LE or conceptlet us discuss :)

Ever since the 40th Anniversary RO was introduced last year, the other ROs IMO pale in comparison. Was always resisting getting it when I already had the 15300 (black). Moreover, the rarity of the 40th Anni RO means it is seldom found in stores. A good reason to resist temptation However, a new piece shown up in Singapore and the rest, as one would say, is history. The only downside was the departure of the 15300 for this.The dial of the 40th Anni RO is really amazing; I can stare at it all day and it won't bore me a single moment. Two minor disappointment though: (1) the bracelet does not fit me as well as the 15300 and a 1.5 link costing S$500 is needed; and (2) there is no screw-down crown for the 50m WR.Nonetheless, it is truly a special watch A few lousy pictures of the special one:
