Help with Leather Strap and clasp
Does anyone have any pictures of the black face Aqua Terra with a leather strap?I have a stainless strap on mine but wouldn't mind an alligator strap for smart occasions.....Having called Omega, they only do them in Brown or Blue for my watch, so thinking of an aftermarket black one with a genuine clasp.Any recommendations on on alligator straps? I like the look of cushioned ones and not completely flat.Omega want ��175 a genuine clasp, any other places to get them cheaper or is this the going rate? So many on the net but don't want to get had on a fake.......

Fake spotting
Hi guys,Twice now I have posted pics of watches I needed help with and twice they have turned out to be fakes. One of them was mine I received as a payment. I'm to blame for that one as I was ignorant on what the genuine article looks like. The second belongs to a co-worker who received it as a gift from a "wealthy friend of the family". I knew little about the brand his fake claimed to be. It turned out his fake was so blatent that it was a model that didn't even exist as a genuine article. Go figure. My WIS training goes on. Unfortunately I might unintentionally post a fake here and there in my quest for further knowledge as there don't seem to be fakes of the watches I can currently afford.I just wanted to clear the air as I felt a lot of hostility over the last one I posted.

Picked up a speedy -
Well I picked up a Speedy to see if it will grow on me. Does anyone know if the is a reference of how many links are on the 12 and 6 sides. The watch came with 5 links loose. One looks like a half link. Actually I have quite some stories to share. My boss and Gen Tom Stafford are very good friends. Tom has shared quite a few wonderful Omega stories and is currently on the board of Omega. He has a Solid 18K YG speedy that was presented to him. He wears the same watch that I just picked up, SS Speedy. Thanks all.
