Baselworld 2015: New Versions of the Glash¨¹tte Original PanoMaticLunar and PanoReserve (Updated with Live Photos)
A line extension doesn¡¯t just add one more version of the same watch. By offering different color and material combinations with a familiar movement, a brand can reconsider a watch model, or it can highlight links between different models by dressing them in similar clothes. This latter option is what happens with Glash¨¹tte Original¡¯s new Pano offerings, which it presented for the first time at Baselworld 2015. The Saxony manufacture is bringing out new editions of its PanoMaticLunar and PanoReserve watches, each in a black or a blue theme.Until now, the Glash¨¹tte Original PanoMaticLunar was available with a white or anthracite dial. The two versions that will come to market after the Basel fair are in matte black (with a rose-gold case) and dark blue (with a stainless-steel case). The dials are made at Glash¨¹tte Original¡¯s dial factory in Pforzheim, Germany.
