Audemars Piguet 26170TI.OO.1000TI.01 wrist watches news:
This month on watches-dealer you have an opportunity to win a limited edition (of just 50 pieces) Shade Black automatic watch by Egard. The brand is a father and son team who work out of Los Angeles and Toronto. The Shade Black is meant to be a contemporary dress watch, offering a unique take on classic themes. Though Egard does suggest the Shade Black "can be worn with just about anything."At 43mm wide, the steel case is in PVD black and contains a skeletonized Japanese Miyota automatic movement (a caliber 8N24). Some of the movement can be viewed through an open window on the dial, and more of it via the sapphire crystal case back window on the rear of the watch. The Shade Black is water resistant to 200 meters (pretty good for a causal watch), and comes on a black leather strap with deployant clasp. Retail price for the limited edition of 50 pieces Egard Shade Black is $1,295 and you can enter for a chance to win one below. egardwatcheswatches-dealerTo Enter You Must: 1. Comment on
Hello Everyone,I am new here and this is my first post. Forgive me if I am posting in the wrong section. I am coming to all of you for valuable feedback. Here is my situation. I am about ready to make a large purchase. It is between the all new Omega Ladymatic (stainless steel, domed bezel, mother of pearl face with diamond markers, $8000) and the 31mm Rolex Datejust (stainless steel and white gold, fluted bezel, silver jubilee dial with diamond markers, $8250). Both are equally beautiful to me and almost the same price. I am looking at this watch as an investment piece. It will be my first automatic watch and I am very excited about that. In order to make this purchase, I have had to liquidate some jewelry pieces (ones I have not worn in some 20 years). I just want to feel confident that the pieces I got rid of were not in vain. I want to feel like the watch I purchase is a wise investment of my dollars. I have always understood that a Rolex retains its value much better th
Hi allWas hoping someone could save me hours of searching the net by answering:Which of the PO caliber movements and also diameter sizes does Daniel Craig wear in which movies???Thanks all
I've tried to educate myself on the Patek applications system, but I cannot seem to find every bits of the puzzle at this forum or other Patek forums. So I thought it'd be best to ask, and hope to get an answer from those members here that already went through this system of Patek. I of course do understand why Patek needs to maintain the applications system, and by no means I'd question the existence of the whole thing. I'm not even a Patek owner yet (just a huge fan), but in a few years I hope to be able to acquire one or two Pateks, and wondering what is the best way to get into the world of collecting Pateks, considering the applications system.1) How to know if a particular reference is only available through application? Is there a general rule, like anything up to a perpetual calendar complication is readily available, but everything beyond that is an application piece?2) When listing the already owned references, is there a rule that only one or two steps above (on the compl
