- I am really impressed with slick design of this pathfinder. I liked the PAW1500 series very much. But I settled with PAW2000 because of its slick design.
Cons:
The display is not as crisp as the PAW1500.
The wave and moon reading tech in missing.
s:
excellent design (slim and elegant)
ger and cluster free display
multi-function pointer overlay display is very useful.
Compared PAW1500 and 2000 side by side; PAW2000 was faster than the 1500 in determining the direction and altimeter readings.
Overall this is an excellent watch. - ----

Tudor 79180 wrist watches news:
Welcome back to an original watches-dealer feature, "My First Grail Watch." In this series, we ask prominent people in the watch industry about the first timepiece that they lusted after. Today, we're speaking with Serge Michel, who is the owner of Armin Strom, an independent watch brand that we've featured on these pages quite a bit.watches-dealer (ABTW): Who are you, and what is your relationship to the watch industry?Serge Michel (SM): Serge Michel, Owner of the independent watch brand Armin Strom.ABTW: When did your fascination with watches start?SM: As a child, being one of the first Swatch-Club collectors. I asked my parents for my first watch at 6 and, by the age of 10, I owned about 12 models. I would wear a favorite for a few months and then be ready for a new one. Of course, the one with the transparent case back was my most favorite.ABTW: What was your first grail watch?SM: That's hard to say, as I've fancied so many watches over the years. Right now, it's the Jaeger-LeCoult
I went for a walk at lunch time today and remembered the Swiss consulate was nearby. So I decided to take my watch there for a visit. The building looked too quite, but very Swiss. I told my 2254 "if anarchy is ever declared, grab my other watches and hightail it for this place...after all, all of you are Swiss." ;)
Hi Folks.I hope that you can help me with something I have seen somewhere, that one can get aftermarket see-through casebacks for some Omega's.I have a Crono Diver and a PO 45.5 mm, and i kind of like the idea of a see-through caseback. My question too you all is, 1. Has anyone tried this?2. Does anyone know where to buy them ?best wishes, Peter
My wife just gave me this older Speedmaster. I think it is at least 20 years old. Can any of you fine gentlemen offer any info about this watch? What would it cost to have a new crystal installed, and have the watch cleaned up? Thank you in advance, Rodbuster.
Hello all i've lurked here for a number of years - i wish i would have bought some vintage rolexes back in 2013 when i was really actively looking at some and registered here!(currently on a two-year list for a 116500LN)I want to get a vintage patek 96 to dip a toe into the vintage patek game. I know it's small but i actually am enough of hipster-wanna-be to be able to wear it i think. Also with the bigger crown, 18mm strap and vintage nature it clearly looks like just an old watch to me as opposed to something elseAnyone have a 96 and would care to share whether or not they've been happy with it?Thanks!FA
