Audemars Piguet 26208ST.OO.D305CR.01 wrist watches news:
I know this may have been discussed extensively, but it is new news for me!Well my local AD called me today to let me know they got their first 2 Deepseas this weekend and that I should swing on by to try on one of these new "fantastic and very fashionable" (direct quote) watches. I've had my share of different rolex pieces in the past and this one blew me away. Setting aside the fact that the watch is superbly executed (external bracelet/case fit and finish wise), and the fact that it can go almost 4km down into the ocean water, I must say, I am quite un-impressed. Not because it fails at excelling at what its intended to do, but because I felt it to be very disproportionate and clunky. A tiny dial on a gigantic watch that towers from my wrist as if I were wearing a Chopard tire gauge on my wrist. It also felt suspiciously light when compared side by side to my Ingenieur ( it may have been just an impression though). Finaly, can anyone read the dial by looking through the light mirror
I¡¯ve been bitten by the Speedmaster bug and I¡¯m trying to figure out a way to swing it. I¡¯m currently in negotiations with the Minister of Finance (aka ¡°the wife¡±) and I¡¯m looking for options.Buying a new watch is my preference, but it¡¯s going to take some time to pull together that kind of dough - and I know I can't wait that long. I've thought about selling a kidney, but that probably won't happen either. So that led me to consider a used Speedmaster (3570.50 with the latest bracelet style), but I don¡¯t know what one of these should cost.Any opinions on what a 3570.50 should cost, say in good working order with normal wear on the bracelet/case/crystal?
Hello forum !Today I've found this watch,Dunhill Quartz on the front side, and on the back 14 ct gold, overseas 21 Paris,I want to ask if this watch is worth anything ?Could it be real gold ? Or does it have any collectors value ?Thank you so much for answers :)Kristjan from Estonia
Found this picture via Google but the pic is imo not good enough to see if it is real or fakesalmon dialdifferent handsdots and Breguet numbers on the dial
This probably won¡¯t be a popular opinion, but I¡¯m struggling with having just one Rolex. I¡¯ve had up to three at a time, but am down to a 114060. It¡¯s special to me. I look at it, and the symmetry makes me happy. I also where it 24/7. In some way, it has memories to times with my kids. I could buy almost any other Rolex. It¡¯s not a matter of money. I¡¯m again eying a GMT, but does that diminish or dilute what I¡¯ve had thus far? In some ways, yes.
