New Ressence Type 3 Watch With Oil Temperature Gauge
While the meaning of unique is so watered down that it challenges "in-house" for sheer over-use, I have trouble thinking of a more appropriate way to describe Ressence watches. I would be surprised if anyone reading this wasn't aware, at least visually, of their Ressence Type?1 and Type?3 models which, in living up to the brand's tag line, have evolved "beyond hands." Announced just ahead of Baselworld 2015, Ressence has reworked their Type?3 model to include a temperature gauge to monitor the oil that fills the upper case element.Much like the original Ressence Type?3, the new Type?3 is 44mm x 15mm in size with a three-part case that is essentially two sapphire domes mounted to a titanium spine. The spine also forms the lugs and can be had in matte or polished finish, each with a DLC coating. Thanks to an extensive use of titanium, the total weight of the new Ressence Type?3 is just 75g, mounted on a leather strap with a matching titanium buckle.The magic of the Ressence Type?3 design

INCOMING - Back in the Omega Family!!
After a 7 month absence of any Omega in the collection, and over 18 months without an Omega sport watch, I¡¯m back in the Omega family! For my Birthday I wanted to add a black faced diver. Since a selling frenzy earlier this year I¡¯d realized I¡¯d sold off all my black dialed divers. A mistake on my part, so I wanted to rectify it. Looked at many, including Rolex, JLC, UN and AP. But in the end for what I wanted in the watch, and the price I was wanting to pay an Omega fit the bill perfectly! I wanted strong lume, a tool watch I can actually feel comfortable taking diving, a comfortable fit, a diver extension (I have enough divers without in the collection), of course a black dial and a watch that looked as good in business casual attire as it did with jeans and a polo. All that and in a well priced package. In the end, there¡¯s really only one choice.. The legendary and classic 2254.50 Seamaster!!!!So here she is, my new preowned 2254.50!!!And of course the legendary lume of t
