It's been a trend as of late with some of the larger brands that have been around for a while to bring back a classic model from their archives. Whether as a special edition or as a retro mainstay of their line, these reissues stand out amongst modern watches, often surpassing them in style. Tissot continues this trend with a complex watch that is a dazzling today as it must have been when it was first released; the Heritage Navigator 160th Anniversary. The story of the Tissot Heritage Navigator 160 starts in 1953 with Tissot's 100th anniversary. My sources have been hard at work scouring the un-released watch catalogs at Basel and I think they have uncovered what may be a true news SCOOP regarding secret Hamilton 2008 watches:And there is this one for the design team. . . it has a compass in case they have lost their way. . .There is this one with a force field on the dial to deflect criticism. . .And my marketing operatives snapped a pic of the new Hamilton target audience. . . And you read it here first. . . !;)
So I'm considering acquiring a 346. I've had my m ind set on a 351 because of the gold hands and titanium case. That said I could have the P2002/9 movement with seconds reset, PR on the back plus the titanium case and gold hands. However, I have many, many OEM straps that I'd want to use. I'm wondering if anyone can post pics of a 45mm Radiomir on 24mm straps vs. the 27mm straps. Also, never having tried a Radiomir on, how the the wire lugs hold up to daily wear in your opinion? Thanks and Merry Christmas!Everett
