Back from London report
Started out at 5:30am in order to catch the Megabus to London at 6am. It was damp & cold, thought to myself, "is this going to be a miserable experience" but as we go closer to London, the skies started to clear. Arrived at Victoria bus station at 9:30am, so proceeded to Victoria Underground, stopping off at Wetherspoons for a farmhouse breakfast and coffee.Caught the tube to Green Park nr Piccadilly and proceeded towards the Burlington Arcade. Saw the Deepsea in the flesh for the first time. here's my thoughts about it. On first glance I thought, "wow what a watch" the writing under the crystal is quite neat and not as prominent as photos might suggest. The thickness of the case is unbelievable. I liked the material used for the bezel insert and also the flush, shaped crystal, plus the Clasp is an engineers dream. The watch does ooze quality. Refinishing of Crosswind Special

On Rusty's recommendation, thought I'd add it to our forum since it's on one of our favorite watches, the Crosswind Special Limited (Ok, at least one of my favorites) ;D--------------------------------Hey everyone,Had my watch tools out today changing a battery on the in-laws watch, so decided to try my hand at a refinish.. The Breitling Crosswind Special LE I picked up last month is in great shape, but has some ¡°everyday wear¡± on it.. The case, bracelet & bezel have scratches, so thought I¡¯d try to remove them & make it as new-looking as possible¡­.So first, a disclaimer. I didn¡¯t mean to start this as a posted lesson / tutorial, but to polish my watch. As such, I didn¡¯t get all the before shot I probably should have. Hello All!So Im back in the hunt for a 26300 (39 mm RO), but am now seen a bunch of variants.I'm seeing a black dial kasparov, obviously the white/red panda, the all white, a blue, a brown-ish one.Does anyone know a good resource for all the different ones out there?
