Breitling A1732124/G717-ocean-racer-black-folding wrist watches news:
i just had an AD offer me a green Milgauss, are these watches still sought after? I don't think I have an interest to own one but if it is a hot item I am not sure I should walk away from it
I'm not sure if I like many of these but the engineering is amazing. I particularly like the 3D escapements.https://facebook/entoutetran...1685919810368/
Hello forum friends -I'm hoping to get your suggestions as I search for a vintage dress timepiece.I'm looking for a leather band timepiece with a simple face, preferably with little-to-no complication; time-only is great, but time-with-date is okay. A moon phase may be nice, as well, but I'm not tied to it.Here's where it gets a bit complicated. I'm looking for something that's 38mm or larger, and something that's under $10,000, preferably under $7,000.I love vintage AP's, but I'm open to Vacheron and Patek, though I suspect the budget won't hold for those brands.Any thoughts? Many thanks for your consideration and help!Pete
Hi and sorry for the yet another 5711/5712 related postI will be traveling to Singapore around May 2018 and wanted to check with members that live in or are familiar with Singapore if it is worth contacting ADs there regarding either the 5711 or 5712?? I know my trip is still far but just wondering if my chances will increase if I contact the ADs from now and may be offer to pay a deposit for a chance to have it available by May.I am on so many waiting lists mainly in Europe (as the States is relatively far for me) but I don¡¯t think I will be able to get one any time soon. Few months ago I called almost every AD in Europe regarding these two watches and only 7 ADs agreed to put my name on a waiting list with 3-5 years estimate.. So honestly I don¡¯t know what more to do. I just regret the many times I saw it and tried it on in 2010 and 2011 and never bought it. I loved it back then but was so into Rolex watches and thought that in the future I will buy a Nautilus... Anyway, your help on
I have been Patek shopping trying on different models without my wife. Last Monday we had to take my son to Cincinnati so he could fly back to Florida. We live in Indy and with my dad's death, we were only able to get him a flight back on Allegiant with 4 hours notice. I found the address of a Patek dealer and wanted to try on different models while my wife was shopping at Ikea and other stores. She said she would go with me to my surprise. She has tolerated my watch hobby so far and I was concerned when she asked prices of various pieces. Roll ahead to last night after church, she said she wanted to get me my first Patek for Christmas! Enough said........
