In the market for Moonwatch
Guys and Gals,I am in the market of a Moonwatch and visited an AD today. I have been offered $4400 out the door for both 39.7 Moonwatch with leather and the speedmaster pro with hesalite. I am kind a stuck as to which one should I get. Both are same price. I was told if I need a nato strap with speedmaster pro then that is an extra $400 or $500. The speedmaster professional with sapphire crystal is offered to me for $5200 out the door with clear case back.What do you guys think? Am I the only one who likes the cal 324 rotor noise?
Recently picked up an aquanaut while Waiting for the nautilus and noticed the zipping sound of the rotor.It kind of reminds me of the 7750 movements where you can feel the rotor spinning. I can actually feel the rotor a little on the 5167, too, if I pay close attention.I like it as it makes the watch feel alive, if that makes sense.Anyone here share the sentiment? I guess the 5711 has it too, as it shares the same movement?Some pics of the 5167': (as I know you guys like pics)
