Bedat & Co 797.011.620 wrist watches news:
let's see how it holds up. youtube/watch?v=eiqMZMzWjGcHope you guys enjoyed that. JUst doing my part to keep the world safe from fakes.~ David
I have a Longines mans watch that I received as a present in 1981. It has a black dial Roman Numerals in GoldThe watch is gold plated and is of octagonal shape (4 long edges 4 short)It has the date at 3 o'clock."Longines" on the dial with winged logo under 12the word "Quartz" above the 6Stainless Steel backBlack leather band, with gold clasp with longines logo It was "lost" in storage for many years, and rediscovered a couple of years ago. Since then I have tried about 3 or 4 jewellers / watch repairers around Australia to no avail. They have cleaned / serviced the watch and replaced the battery, the result, the watch seems to work OK for a couple of days, then the second hand stops, and the watch doesn't keep time. The last two jewellers refunded my money, saying there was nothing they could do.Anyone know of a professional Longines repairer in Australia who can help. The serial number on the back is 19395640thanksSteve
While picking the kids up from camp last week-end, we drove thru a small town (Conneaut Ohio) that had a rail road museum We stopped in and the iphone came in handy for this pic. Brands included Elgin, Hamilton, Ball, etc...Interestingly, regardless of brand, the seconds hand was found at 6 o'clock on almost every watch I guess that's what make them railroad watches...
Has anyone dealt with Big Ben Watches. They are in the Phillipines. They have a bulova I want but the location screams replica. I haven't found anything negative online about them. So I'm asking all of you for feedback. Thank you and have a great holiday weekend.
And so it begins. Sorry if this has already been posted. Anyone have any predictions? I am going with the in house Ranger (Ranger II) a new BB bezel color. (Because Tudor can go thru Basel without a new BB) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
