Bell Ross BR01-97 Steel Black wrist watches news:
Anybody have an Omega Seamaster Apnea?I've always thought they were fascinating watches. Any opinions /pics from owners ?
Hi, I've recently seen a few pics of this watch and am frankly very smitten! I have a budget aside to buy a new diver / everyday watch. I am currently waiting for Basel as I have good reason the believe that a new "re vamped" version of the 2250.50 SMP is going to be released. If so then I'm already down as 1st refusal on the AD's 1st one" However after seeing pics of the "Non Americas Cup" SMP (Not in the flesh though) I am seriously considering buying one if I can find one at the right price and condition (New or as new!) Anyone ever had one? Are they as nice in the flesh as in the photos? I know they're discontinued and have been for a few years but they do pop up from time to time.Just idle chit chat I suppose but any comments welcomed! Ta! Mac.
Which one do you prefer and why ?
Some of my favorites for post #5170(p). * For those on the fence, here¡¯s my attempt to enable.
Since becoming a Rolex fan, my interests have mainly been with the SS sports models (14060, 16710, and now BLNR). It's not that I disliked the DJ's, just wasn't drawn to them the way I was with the Subs and GMTs. But I stumbled across this old Hodinkee article reviewing the 116234. The particular combination chosen by Hodinkee here is stunning -- champagne dial, fluted bezel, Oyster bracelet. Does anyone here have this watch? How about wearing it as a daily?Link to article
