Blancpain Blancpain 34730 wrist watches news:
With renewed interest in mechanical watches, there is currently no shortage of automatic watch winders in the market. However, winders for manually wound watches are few and far between. The reason for this is simple: manually wound watches typically do not have a safety clutch mechanism. This makes it possible for automatic winders to overwind the watch, thus breaking it. To overcome this would therefore require complex sensors and mechanisms, which is exactly what Buben & Zorweg¡¯s latest watch winder has.The Time Mover Handwound is Austria-based Buben & Zorweg¡¯s latest automatic watch winder and was specifically designed for manually wound watches. The Time Mover Handwound features a pair of rubber-coated rollers to grasp and wind the crown, much like how owners would with their thumbs and fingers. In addition, Buben & Zorweg says that the rubber used for the rollers was specially developed so that they would grip the crown with the, and we quote, ¡°sensitivity of careful
Breitling's newest watch to come out of Basel this year is the Avenger Seawolf Chronograph. Combining the versatility and reliability of the Avenger line with the water resistance of the Seawolf, Breitling seems to be getting as serious about diving as they are about aviation.
Check out these pictures:forums.timezone/index.php...5652&rid=11125The watches at Omega look lovely. The movements are stunning and the yachtmaster II equivalent is quite beautiful. I think Omega just upped the competition for Rolex, especially after those hideous dials they just released.
I currently own a PAM563 and a PAM610 that I consider a base brother/sister combination. I am looking to add a third Panerai in the Luminor 1950 case. The three I am considering are all favorites: the 233, 1305, and 372. While I do agree that 44mm would be a more appropriate size, I am clearly open to 47mm. I have other dive, GMT options in my collection, though they are not Panerai such that complication really isn't important to me so much as overall look. The 233 is appealing with its domed crystal, sandwich dial, size. The 1305 would add a Submersible to my collection and I would likely keep it on a rubber strap which is something I don't currently have in my collection. The 372 is obviously the purest Luminor 1950 and has the most heritage. I would be looking for a plexi crystal version. I am eager just to hear your input and see pictures which direction I should go. My collection currently consists of two Rolex Submariners, an Explorer II, a GMT-Master II, a Datejust 41
So it¡¯s quite common to have a collection with many Subs or GMTs and so forth... but who here actually has a collection with multiple Datejusts and/or Datejust 2s? Just curious. Please post a pic!
