I received this watch today and was so disappointed to see the condition of the gift box it came in. It was intended to be a gift for a young woman graduating from college but I cannot possibly give it as a gift. I'm so very disappointed/disgusted with HSN for sending such a lovely watch in such a scratched, worn cruddy box!!!

I have a Longines Ultronic. Works great and I believe this one is 1971 Vintage. I just need to adjust the time. It is a little slow. I have a Mumford timer that can read it but I do not know how to adjust for slower.Anybody out there? I have been into this stuff clock wise for 50 years. But I do get a lot of watches to clean or repair and I am quite good at it.

Help with a strap
Just picked up a Jazzmaster Viewmatic with the white face (H32515555). Not sure I like the light brown band. Used to wearing stainless steel, but I think that would be too plain with the watch face. Any suggestions? Better yet any pics of what you guys have (silver/white face with various straps) even if it isn't a Hammy. Thanks!

Have the Diver...15400 next?
Any of you out there with both a ROO Diver (SS) and a 15400st? I have the diver and currently a friend is selling a barely worn blue 15400st...I am thinking of buying that as well...do you guys think it would be redundant? I was thinking of wearing the Diver for sporty look and the 15400st for suits/dressy evenings...what do you guys think?

I have a Platona and a RG YM on OF. I tried on the WG Daytona on OF today. I did like the easy link clasp more than not having it. Is this as comfortable / more comfortable than the YM?By the way, that WG Daytona on OF is a bad a$$!!
