Breitling 2509 25 wrist watches news:
Still in Japan now, but I need to keep up the blogging else my loyal readers may violently demand I continue to write. I miss being at the computer, no worries about long pauses in content. While on my trip a reader pointed out this eBay auction for an interesting piece of watch and photographic history. It is the Stienbeck Kamerawerk A-B-C Camera watch from 1949. A fully functional worn on the wrist made over 50 years ago. I will republish a bit from the auction details to give you some of the nuts and bolts of this interesting item the banks on our love of spy gear, watches, and what looks to be a bit of the ol' steampunk aesthetic.I would call it a spy camera watch, but it was not meant to look like a regular watch. It was just a special wrist mounted camera that looked a lot like a watch. While it is hard to find the right film for it, it was made so that film from regular 35mm rolls of film could be used to make film for it. The watch for sale should still work, and is certainly a
Charles and I went on an outing today to Palo Alto and Burlingame. Did you know Toppers in Burlingame is getting a total remodel with an Omega Boutique inside? Since its theirs, I am guessing its not an OFFICIAL Omega Boutique, but they're going to have a totally separate room of Omegas towards the back. And then a private viewing room with more on the side.If you find out when its done, or see it done, be sure to post! Maybe we should have a GTG nearby to check it out?Cheers!Suzy
After a few years of waiting and months of searching, it's here - The Nautilus. Opening the packaging and wearing it for the first time made the wait well worth it. The watch looks amazing in person and feels great on the wrist. It may be a while before this comes of the wrist. Have a great weekend.

I'm really enjoying my new acquisition and my very first PAM. The new movement may not be proven yet, but it's off to a great start in my book. Watch ran for 9 days and 20 hours on a full wind (winds silky smooth too), lost about 11 seconds in the whole duration. The power reserve is impressive. Is that type of PR normal for PAM's other 8 days as well?
