Is this 15400 too big for me?
I'm a huge fan of the 15202 but unfortunately I suffer from 6.3 wrists (16cm) :( however I wasn't going to let that stop me from trying it on at least. So off I went to the AD but was disappointed to hear that they didn't carry the jumbo. They did have a 15400 and I thought I'd just humour myself and I tried it on. Much to my surprise, the lugs and extended/integrated links did not hang over at all and it fit snugly around my wrist. The bracelet was too long but that was completely expected; I just pinched it back with my other hand.Anyway here are the pics. I was looking for your opinions on whether it looks too big for me overall. I'd appreciate any input and especially your candour. So I was at Sam��s Club the other day...
I was in the jewelry section, just looking around. I happened to be standing close to the watch section when I heard, ��Mom, is that a Rolex?��It sounded like a young voice, so I turned around to find a boy who looked to be about 4 years old, pointing towards the group of Invicta watches. The mother replied ��what?�� and continued walking as did the young boy.I was kind of blown away by this experience. How does such a young little boy know about Rolex? Maybe someone in his family owns one? Maybe he sees the advertisements on the road? Mom sure didn��t seem to care about his question or about the watches.What do you all think?Has anyone experienced something similar before?
