- I just received this watch from my husband for my birthday. I love it! It is larger than the traditional women's watch, but that is what attracted me to it.

Breitling A47362X8/B919-gmt-rubber-black-folding wrist watches news:
I recently purchased a Patek 14k Rose Gold. Has a movement number 167996. Have owned Patek in the past and I am an avid collector of high end brands. The watch is fantastic, even went and purchased a 18k Patek Rose Gold buckle. Had to put a 20x14 strap on it. When I looked at the movement it must have been well prior to the 1950 as advertised. The case is a 40mm which I like but the movement is for a 36mm case. Also the Patek & Phillipe is written in scroll. So far it keeps perfect time and is now going past 28 hours. Before I search the archives would anyone know the date/span of this movement. Looking forward to participating in this forum. Next watch will be the Aquanaut/jumbo. Will try to load some picks. Many thanksCG
Ok Admins I have a questions for you. How do we regain the status level we had on the original board? I ask this because on the old board I was a senior member, with 4 stars and 319 posts.:) When I tried to logon on to this board with the same username as the old board it said I had to register, so I did but I did with the same user name. However now it shows me as a new member with just a couple of posts thus far. The old info didn't carry over to this board. Not that it really matters as far as keeping the old status but it would be nice since I have always been active on these boards.
I am thinking of getting a JLC Master Calendar Moonphase. (the attached is provided solely for reference) But as I look at the dial, I notice something that gives me pause.Does anyone know how this subsecond hand functions? I haven't found anything online about this. The dial goes from 0 to 29.5 which would suggest a lunar month. My question is this: Does the subsecond flyback to 0 at the end of the month? Or is this really a subsecond hand with no chapter marks on the dial? If that is the case, it is just wandering around without reference to anything and seems silly on a watch that, otherwise, is quite lovely. Thanks for any insights, comments, or pointers to
It was pure joy to peruse and review this new incredible grail. Enjoy guys!https://.watchcollectinglifestyle...-live-pictures
I'm pretty new to the forum but I just have to comment on a transaction I had with David SW from Orlando. I bought a Patek 5711 blue dial from him. I traded in my sub as well. First of all the price for the 5711 and the trade in value for my sub were both very fair. Need less to say with a transaction of this magnitude I had a ton of questions for David and he patiently answered each and every one of them. The trade was smooth, on time and overall experience was fantastic. I'll be doing more transactions with David SW. However, I also want to thank all of you on this forum because after researching your opinions on David I felt very confident dealing with him so thank you all who provided me with much needed references on David SW. Happy new year everyone.Cheers!
