Breitling R4736212/G665-speed-red-gold wrist watches news:
Hello everyone,I am 24 years old and just graduated a very academically intense program. My family has told me they will buy me a Rolex for graduation I Just have to Choose the one! This is an amazing gift and I am very blessed. I would like to pick a watch that is stylish for my age but will also be sylish as I mature. My budget is around 5-8k.I was looking at the submariner with the blue ringOr the GMT 2. I don't really understand the difference between the twoAnd no I will not be diving or using it for any intense environments. This will be my baby that I take out to a fancy dinner!Would I have to go used at that price range? Where can I buy the watch from? All my friends are telling me that Rolex is for old me but I can't get enough of them hahaThanks!
Good afternoon, This Illinois was listed by as dealer as from, "1940 or later". From the style watch it seemed to me that it was from the 1920's. I was wondering if anyone could provide their input? They did say that the movement was 17 jewels and had the serial number of 2964626. It looks clean and the price was right but the only thing that concerns me is the radium. I've never owned a vintage watch with radium on the dial or hands. It's the 3/0 size so it seems to be a larger watch. I'm very much still in the learning stage so any info that you could provide would be appreciated! Thanks!
omega.watchprosite/show-n...ost/ti-358702/I found this to be an absolutely excellent read on Omega's history and achievemtns...I have been a big fan of the brand for a long time but it just earned even more respect regards,Asad
I’m looking for a diver to add to my small collection, which currently consists of a Batman and Speedy Pro... so I’ll have a diver, GMT, and chronograph. I’ll probably end up adding a dress watch as my fourth piece. I’ve narrowed my search down to a 14060, 16610, 16600, 116610LV, and 126600. My AD will be able to get me the last two within a reasonable timeframe. I sold my 116610LN after about 3 years of daily wear, so I’m looking for something different to spice things up. I don’t like the SD4K due to the way the bracelet fits the lugs, which is why I bought the sub over the SD4K despite similar price a few years back. My wrist is 7 inches, so I think I’d be able to handle the 43mm case of the SD43. One of the things pushing me towards a new watch from the AD is continuing to build a relationship, which will hopefully lead to me getting a Daytona at some point. This is how the sub fit my wrist:
I'm in hot pursuit of my first Daytona.I'm now wondering if maybe I should forego buying a highly overpriced 116500LN ($18,000-$20,000+) and instead go for a well cared for 116520. Should I decide to pursue a second hand Daytona SS 116520 which year model should I set my sights on? Are the newer year(s) such as 2014-15 better than previous years? Do any of the 116520 model years have annoying characteristics I should avoid?Any other pointers and suggestions? Many thanks for your help.
