- This is a great watch I have purchased over & over. The only drawback for me is that I have an unusually large wrist and can never find an expansion band enough on these very good watches.

Breitling A13352 wrist watches news:
Hello everyone at Watch Talk Forums, 'ere be my first post.First, thanks to all the regulars here for making this a great resource and a friendly community. I stumbled upon this forum while looking to purchase a new watch, of course. My Seiko Kinetic watch had to go to the service centre to get it's 2001 era capacitor replaced with a Li-ion cell, as well as a general overhaul - it was 8 years old.My sensible side wanted to go to Argos and get a cheap digital watch to wear while waiting for the repair to be done, and to subsequently use as a beater (picking up the lingo already...!). However, another side of me thought, "you just got a nice staff bonus, go spend some of it on yourself"! My criteria was just to get some kind of ana-digi watch as these have always fascinated me for some reason. A proper "smart" one though, where the analog and digital faces are synced automatically. Long story short, I ended up getting this Citizen Skyhawk AT, which has lots of toys on it, as a bonu
Well, both the Hamiltons arrived on the same day ....and my what a difference.....Here's the Milton, and the dial, the back of the case looks good too, I don't really see any wear through .....and I think the band is really neat......also is gold filled.....the colo0r shows as uneven in the photo, but actually is awfully good in real life .....However it only runns a few seconds at a time ......Paid $35 for it ....then for $24, came the norden cldand at least the case is in pretty good shape, doesn't run at all ,....and the crsytal is shot ....but the dial under those scratches looks not too bad .......I am gonna be keeping Jerry out of trouble this winter .....
I have the feeling that many interests come together with others. For example usually people whom I know who like paragliding are also interested in scuba diving or surf or skydiving. Now I have a list of interests which I think might be related by some mysterious rope to watches. May I ask how many of you:(1.) Use fountain pens;(2.) Smoke pipes;(3.) Shave with straight razor;(4.) Is a wine (or Whisky or Cognac) connoisseur. If, as I suspect, some relation come out from these questions can any of you tell me why should these things be related?GLF
After letting my diver and 15400 go a while back I am happy to say I am back and love it.A bad pic of a great watch
I work in New York and walk a lot, take the subway, go to the bars and get drunk with my mates. One thing I'm wondering:How careful should I be with my new Sub? Rolex says the ceramic bezel is scratch resistant, and the crystal is scratch resistant. The band seems pretty rugged too. But for some reason I'm a bit apprehensive to be so carefree about how I wear it. Even as I'm typing this I feel like I sound like an idiot haha. Anyway... Do any of you feel the same way? Or is it safe to say I can just go about my day knowing I won't damage my watch by some incidental contact on something.
