Based on my research, as well as a price comparison with the Explorer I, the Railmaster started looking really good. Then, on Christmas Eve, a fellow forum member posted an ad for a 6 month old 36.2mm Railmaster he had worn very little (it turned out to be basically perfect) with 2 1/2 years of warranty left for a really sweet price ($1,650.00). I jumped on it. Once I got it on my arm, I like it far better than the Explorer I.Then I got the urge for a GMT Master. I had always like the watch
