Breitling Breitling 12286 wrist watches news:
Hi guys & gals,I've just discovered that, due to my brother's work's employee discount scheme, I can get 25% off at one of the larger UK jewellery store chains. Now as much as I'd love to use that to add to my own Rolex collection (of one), I can't really justify spending the money at the moment. But rather than waste this opportunity I thought I might be able to use it to make a bit of cash (seems like a better bet than the stockmarket!!).Unfortunately, the nearest Rolex selling branch of this particular chain to where I live is about 2 hours by car, so I'm going to have to do the groundwork by phone and won't be able to build up that much of a rappor with the staff, so getting hold of a SS Daytona or Milgauss GV is out of the question (well to be honest I suppose it would be if the AD was next door). So what do you guys think would be the best bet for a low depreciation hit? Also how do you recommend I sell the watch I buy. On the bay? Through a middle man? The sales forum here?Fin
Well, after seeing the commercials and Omega's name plastered all over the Olympics it makes you wonder what's coming. We posted the shots of their logo & name placement in the pool, and now you should check out the new photos on their website. omegawatches/It seems like a natural step to have a new limited edition Phelps or Olympic watch, don't you think? I wonder if they'll use a different color scheme.
Hi Guys,I have a 1950/60s Girard-Perregaux wristwatch or at least that's what it says on the dial. The movement (automatic bumper) is signed Cortebert Watch Co. Inside the back lid it is signed Girard-Perregaux with the logo. I am trying to find out if these two watch makers ever collaberated in this way or has this watch been put together by some else. All ideas and thoughts would be appreciated.
About a year ago my dad saw a watch on someone at the mall and it was orange faced with a clear acrylic band. He did not see the brand and said that he really liked the watch and wanted to pick one up. I would really like to get him one for his birthday/christmas coming up, but I have searched ALLLL over the place; forums, ebay, google, etc. I have found only two watches that match the description. One by the name of toy watch or something like that, and the other is ESO. My question to you watch experts is do any of you know of such a watch from any brand other than the two named? I don't really like the watches I found but that is all I could find. Perhaps theres an option to configurate a watch like that somewhere? Id prefer one that isnt toooo expensive either (like over 1k), but even if it is expensive list it anyways because maybe I can just tell him about it and he can buy it for himself or me and my mom could go in on it for him. Thanks all any help would be greatly app
Going south and turning over a new leaf. I took advantage of the rare occurrence that I had them all in one place. There is a method to the collection. I normally bring one from each of the following 4 groups home a week. Photo One: Rolex PMPhoto Two: PP Dress PiecesPhoto Three: Weekend CasualPhoto Four: Vintage Rolex & One OffsThat way usage gets rotated, I have all occasions covered and limited security concerns. With that I will cease participating for a prolonged period. The recent banning of a number of high profile members who contributed great content, has in my opinion diminished controversial or thought provoking subject matter and lessened discourse. As a result my general interest has diminished. I assume this was the moderators intent and completely respect their decisions to cultivate a certain decorum. I guess I am not a true watch or Rolex enthusiast Cheers and thanks everyone!
