Breitling AB011012/B956-croco-black-deployant wrist watches news:
Students of wristwatch history know that Raymond Weil, founder of the eponymous watch brand, was both a watchmaker and a musician. What many might not have known until recently is that he was also a pilot and aviation enthusiast. The Raymond Weil Freelancer Piper, which I had a chance to preview at JCK 2015 in Las Vegas, is a tribute to its founder¡¯s deep passion for aviation. Produced in a partnership with the aviation manufacturer Piper Aircraft, Inc., it is the Swiss watch brand’s first-ever pilot watch. The watch has a 45-mm-diameter case made of titanium and stainless steel and contains a mechanical, self-winding chronograph movement equipped with a date indication and a pilot-friendly GMT function. The shiny blue minute and hour hands resemble an aircraft¡¯s rotor blades while the GMT hand, with its red pointer, has the look of a compass needle. The small seconds subdial at 9 o¡¯clock is inspired by a dashboard altimeter. The black leather strap also imparts a classic, vintage

Well, at least the sun shines, but it's -15 ¡ãC out there (I believe 5 ¡ãF?). That are the days when I envy people living in Australia So what does a gentlemen need for a good day? I thought of these things this morning.
Let's call it delayed gratification. Back in September, Adam and I had lunch while he was in the area visiting and we did a 24 hour swap - my Seamaster caliber 591 for his IWC caliber 89. You can see both watches in this thread talking about our meeting:watchtalkforums.info/foru...orum/43944.htmI guess Adam is happy with his new JLC triple calendar (who wouldn't be?) so he took me up on my standing offer to purchase that same IWC from him. I'm a happy camper tonight. I have what I consider the perfect trifecta of vintage IWC watches now - one yg, one rg, and one ss:I'll have to do a group shot with the Spitfire soon. (right now I'm a little busy taking pics of some other watches though )
Should I get the old Pepsi instead of waiting for the new ceramic GMT Pepsi?
