Oh Tourneau, how far you've come from being the world's most important watch retailer to the equivalent of a fancy candy store. There was a time when your incredible deployment of watch stores was the most important place for a high end watch to be. Your large distribution of locations carries some of the best brands in the world. To bad it mostly only looks nice.Enter these establishments to be met with mostly sales goons. Like lurking sharks they circle looking for a bite. Enter their lair and reveal anything but and instant desire to buy, and be met with an attitude of the likes you'll prefer to swing a fist at. I've actually muttered before "You realize that in the event I was going to buy, I am not going to now, or ever from you."On one occasion an enterprising member of their "force" actually asked me for a job realizing I was someone who knew about watches. "Come on Ariel, you'd help me out if you have a need for me right?" I kid you not, this actually happened. My empathy soars

Considering buying a Breitling
I`ve always been fasinated with Breitling, but being the smallwristed #"!:mad:"! that I am, they always seemed out of reach for me. Well that`s until i spotted the Breitling Colt and the Superocean. I think I might pull off a Colt`s 41mm and with a stretch just maybe the Superocean. Im considering the Colt Automatic or the Orange dialed Superocean, I just love that orange dialSo what do you guys think, can I pull off one of these watches on my 6,5" wrists? I have yet to try one on, but im planning a trip in a couple of weeks, so i hope I might get the chance to see and try one of them on. Any experience with these watches?I would love to see some wristshots, would be great if someone had about my size wrist too

Models often mistaken for each other.
There are several models that are very similar. It may be a good idea to post photos of models which may be commonly mistaken for similar models. I'll start. There's got to be some better examples of models that are close enough to each other to cause some confusion. Resistance was futile....new one :)
I tried to resist....really, I did....for about 10 minutes. Then I emailed the seller and got the deal under way. This has been on my radar for a while, but always way too pricey for me. The price was very fair, overnight delivery at no charge, trustworthy seller, only a year old and in mint condition (not a scratch). Using your Chrono as a GMT
I have a need for a GMT and for that reason wear my Hamilton Navy GMT most of the time. That got me thinking, I also have the Jazzmaster Chrono (a definitely dressier option) - what about using it as a GMT, you would just need to start the chrono at the appropriate time.Anyone do this? Any thoughts?B
