- I've never submitted a review before but felt I had to for this watch. It is SO very feminenine and graceful--wearing it is a pleasure. The bands are a snap to change and it is very well constructed--I expect to enjoy it for many years to come.

Announced at Baselworld 2013, Victorinox has updated a number of models in their existing line, including their very popular Air Boss and Maverick timepieces. Most exciting of the updates however is the new Chrono Classic 1/100th model, which features an interesting Swiss-made Soprod SOP FM13D quartz movement with "hidden" chronograph function, numerically displayed 1/100th second indicator and perpetual calendar.Measuring 41mm in diameter, the Chrono Classic is robust, but not too oversized, and features a mixture of brushed and polished finishing throughout, including guilloche decoration on the dial and a printed tachymeter along the outer rim of the case bezel. The Chrono Classic comes in a number of color finishing and strap combinations, including dark grey PVD with a black leather strap or metal bracelet, or gold PVD with a brown leather strap or metal bracelet.Water resistant to 100 meters and featuring a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, the Chrono Classic is buil
As the title says, I just got a new SKX009 with jubilee bracelet and the bracelet is a bit too long. How do I resize this bracelet (ie take a few links off from each side of the clasp)? Does any body know of a DIY video link to this? Thanks all..
Gentlemen, as you may or may not know, I spent the last 6 months gathering some new vintage watches, and having my watches from lasat season serviced by my great and fabulous watch guy Jerry , in Michigam ...........Now it is time...the first antique show of the season is this coming Sunday, the one at ALameda point, on an old naval air force base, on an old runway, right beside the water.............So, I thought I'd post the watches I am taking and see what if any ideas or comments or thoughts you might have .......so first up, the cream de la cream of the wrist watches........in no particular orderThe BulovasOther leather banded watches:Some of the pocket watches, newish, pretty old, and a running dollar watchand 4 solid gold ones, they are all 14k, except for the biggest one which is from Scotland and is 9kThat's most of the best, but there are others I shall post in another post don't want to crowd any one post .....( but will stay in this thread......)
Hello,I'm new here and am looking for my first "real" watch. I've been using cheap Timex and Casio's (they are great watches, just looking for a bit more upscale). I want something that is appropriate for work (business casual) and sitting around at home in jeans. I want something new. I'd have no idea what I'd be looking at used.Preferably an auto 40mm or larger. Must have date. Day would be a plus. I know the price range is low in the big scheme of things, but I'd like a quality piece I could be proud to keep in a modest collection if I went that way. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance,
