- Watch came in excellent condition. I was a little wary about the crystals around the face, but they look lovely. I bought the silver and it goes perfectly with jeans or a dress.

I feel that my Yacht-Master's power reserve is less than it should be. I usually wear it on an alternating daily basis, and a few times it has stop within only a day.Any suggestions for the best and most accurate way to determine the true duration of it's power reserve; and also, is there any way to regulate or increase the power reserve, without sending it in for service???Thanks in advance for any suggestions, advise or replies.
Hello there, I learned about Orient here so figured this would be a good place to post a couple of pics. I am seriously blown away by the quality of this watch. Before this I never would have considered Orient. I used to think if it didnt have a swiss movement then forget it. But after reading about the history of the company and all the great reviews I went for it and am very glad I did. Compliments all the time yet the style is its own (except for the planet like bezel :p ...) the power reserve meter is genius and the movement is very efficient. I wear it for like 2.5 hrs and it has 40+ hrs reserve. I will get it adjusted in a few weeks but till then +7 sec daily out of the box is pretty great. Thanks :)
Greetings, My sister is about to turn 21 and I would like to surprise her with something different. She usually wears designer brand watches with the usual "wow" factor. And she prefers them large. With this in mind, I'd like to find her a German watch that parallels her style. After looking for hours, I didn't find any female options that fit her look. My budget is about $400 (give or take) and that could be the problem. But I am not looking for the top of the crop. A watch German in name only is fine.Any help?
I just received yesterday Royal Oak (15400) with a black dial, purchased from an Audemars Piguet AD. On the case back there is only one number, the case number, starting with letter J. I thought that Royal Oaks have another number (watch number) engraved on the case back. The warranty certificate also has only case number and a movement number. Both numbers correspond to the numbers on the watch. Does anyone know if they sometimes don't put the second number (No xxxx) or if they stopped doing it with the latest J series. Thank you.
I¡¯ve been looking for a Submariner 116610LN for about a month already but all the local AD¡¯s are out of stock. Almost bought one from a seller here at TRF but hesitated because of the price being close to retail. I¡¯ve been looking everywhere for a good deal, then suddenly I saw a posting on Craigslist listed for $6500, it was bought in 2017, with box, no warranty card just a photocopy of a receipt and the card from AD priced at $8750. I texted the seller and asked what his best price was, $5700 he said. I quickly left work that morning and went straight to the bank. On my way to the seller he texted me and said he just got another offer for asking price of $6500. I told him that I have cash in hand, will not resell the watch and almost there. He said he way going to honor his deal with me. So, I met the guy at his office, inspected the watch and bought it with out the warranty card. The seller said he¡¯ll contact the AD and see if they can track the original warranty card and possibly
