Breitling A23322 wrist watches news:
Which Rolex is the easiest to read at a quick glance in your opinion? The maxi dial is the obvious choice IMO. The GMT II ceramic is easy to read but the 24 hour hand annoys me. 16622 Yacht-Master is difficult to read because of the (too) bright dial. SDDS is hard to read because of the convex sapphire ¨C again IMO.My vote: Rolex ¡°Kermit¡± Submariner 16610LV. Extremely easy to read.BRJesper
I came back from vacation last week to find all my automatics and mechanicals were dead. It has happened before, but this time I had an epiphany. As much as I enjoy the ritual of winding the watches, I have become a slave to them (winders just seem like a perversion somehow). The only ones that were still ticking were my Invicta Speedway and an old Timex quartz from years ago. They seemed so independent and defiant. For a moment I saw the autos as rather pathetic and helpless. Now, I know that anthropomorphizing watches is a sickness that requires professional help, but that feeling followed me for the rest of the week. I need something that I can just grab and go without thinking.So....when I saw Jim and Lior on Sunday, I decided to get a nice quartz dress watch. Most of mine are sports models so I rationalized it and acted on my newfound zeal for quartz. It's Swiss Legend SS with saphire crystal, screws in the links, ETA movement and solid end links. Nice big roman numeral markers and
Anyone have a Speedmaster Triple Date Chronograph? I am seriously considering getting this but would really appreciate any info/opinions about this watch... thank you guys
I tried to get some heavy metal in my photos, like Jocke, but I could not find a damn thing around the house that would work.So... I did what I always do: go in the back yard, stick the watch on top of the Webber grill and take a few shots.
Hi,Rolex is so nice, but for me there are models that just don't do.I would never buy a Yacht-Master II! I just do not like the design. Also i would never buy a Daytona on straps. And Finally, the air-king, i see not point on this model. And i will always try to stay away of two tone models (Except a SUB with blue dial)What about you guys? Please be kind, i know i just a matter of taste, but Rolex owners seems to be passionate about their models.Waiting for the opinios and the Thanks!
