Breitling A 24322 wrist watches news:
Thought I'd kick this series off with Sinn, a very popular German brand and one I am personally considering.info from wikipediaSinn is a watchmaker in Frankfurt am Main, Germany that was established by pilot and flight instructor Helmut Sinn in 1961.Sinn Modell 356 Flieger IIHistoryAfter its establishment, the company constructed instrumental watches and watches for pilots based on Mr. Sinn's extensive aviation experience, that was primarily based on dissatisfaction with the flight watches that were available for pilot and navigational purposes at that time. Sinn's own designs incorporated the features and functionality that he felt more fit for the purpose as an instrument watch. This design philosophy has transcended the company's culture right through to the present day.Solely selling the watches with direct marketing, thereby avoiding additional costs of intermediate trade, Sinn was able to sell its watches with a very good price/performance ratio. The watches were manufactured as
OK, I posted about this watch before. It appeared on the best show now on TV - 'The Good Guys.' It was worn by a pimp and a lot was made of how expensive it was. I can't tell what this watch is. My wife loved it. Can anyone guess what this thing is?????
Hello there. I'm new on this forum and look forward to exploring it. A while back I found a Hoverta watch in a thrift store and proceeded to research it on the net. I can not find any information about the Hoverta company and would like to know if members here know where to find background on this brand. I also did a search for Hoverta on the forum and came up with no hits. It is a very modest little ladies' gold-plated mechanical watch, rather petite at 11mm in diameter. From the design I'm guessing it's 1960 or later. Although this watch is obviously not the greatest watch of all time, the beauty of it is since I've been wearing it, with no cleaning or service of any kind, it has been keeping perfect time. That has impressed me and I'd like to find out more about the Hoverta brand.Anyone have any Hoverta watches and/or know anything about the brand? If you do have a Hoverta, what has been your experience with it? TIA!
If you were in 150-200 vintage chrono grail range - which would you get first?!With your heart? With your head?I think patek has a special place in the 20th century and a lot of interesting people wore patek chronographs. I also believe it to be objectively a finer watch - among other things i love the enamel print on the dial.
Do Rolex boxes differ hugely?Model, age etc. Do the more expensive watches come in a fancier 'casket'?It would be nice to see the variationsTucking her up for the night.
