Breitling Breitling 42744 wrist watches news:
Ever wish you had wristwatch like Dick Tracy that could transmit information and make calls? Or what about the utility wristwatch from Inspector Gadget that monitored activities and had two-way communication functions? This year at CES, Casio is unveiling a prototype Bluetooth-enabled watch that speaks to Smartphones and other mobile devices. Through Casio¡¯s Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, the Bluetooth watch will be able to perform a variety of functions on a single coin cell battery. Its abilities include:¡¤ Call and e-mail alert ¨C notifies wearer of incoming e-mails and calls while also allowing wearer to silence Smartphone sounds though the watch (great for meetings or dinner dates).¡¤ Phone finder – for all those times you misplace your phone and need someone else to call it in order to find it (you need this)¡¤ Global Time Sync ¨C self-adjusts to local time (think of jet setting and never having to set your watch ever again, no really!)¡¤ Syncs with a variety of applicati
I ran across an interesting article in hr magazine about the Hamilton US Navy Torpedo Boat Chronometer. This was a departure from Hamilton railroad watches in that it was larger and had more complications. It came in a wooden carry box that could be mounted to the bridge of a ship. It had a 21 j movement and a 56 hour mainspring along with a winding indicator. When military budgets were cut during the depression, some US Navy vessels entered WWII with one of these watches on the bridge.
hello all,im new to watch winders and automatic watches, can you please tell me what is the optimal winding program (tpd, direction) for a rolex submariner 16613.thanks for your help guysomar
Seeking opinions from anyone who might own either (or both) of these; or from anyone who chose one over the other? Not so much interested in strap vs. bracelet, as I'm sold on the leather strap....but more interested in 5712 vs. 5726 watch, itself. Your opinions are very appreciated ahead of time. Thank you.
I hate my PAM 104 deployant clasp. It's curved so great it digs into my wrist. I bought a Panerai brand normal non-deployant buckle and a couple straps, but now I can't wear the old straps since the deployant buckle is terrible and straps aren't cross compatible. Should I write off the old straps and buy all new ones? And also, where would I find replacement screws? I haven't lost any yet, but as tiny as they are I'm afraid I'll strip or lose one.
