I am in the market for a watch and was at the NY flagship of Torneau, looking specifically at low-end IWC watches. They had a Portofino Chronograph in rose gold with a black alligator band. I am unable to find that watch on either the IWC website or on any of the online retailers - and I really liked it.Is this watch legit? What is it's list and typical street price? I really liked the look of the thing.
Saw this on TZBeautiful watchanyone has any idea the collection value of this piece pleaseThanksforums.timezone/index.php...rt=0&rid=94050ooph sorry... I post it in the wrong forum
I tried on something today, and I just kept feeling like it was delicate. It was very light for one, considering it was a bracelet. Maybe I'm just not high haute material. This was the first time I tried it on as I was reluctant to even try it on (I was scared how much I'd love it and for me, this isn't cheap). Also, it looks like art, and feel like scratches would bother me on such a piece. Also, I wasn't completely blown away. Don't get me wrong, I liked it, but I'm wondering as I have evolved in my WISdom that maybe I can't get blown away anymore like I used to back when I was getting into watches. Can anyone relate to what I'm saying? Is that true crazy excitement of a new watch only happen in the beginning of your watch hobby?I'm not considering this exact watch, but rather its blue brother (minus 1 from the reference). Not because I don't like it, but partially due to cost and I like simpler watches. Thanks for your thoughts.
Our first Basel report from 2003 and the last from 2017 in one post. At 2003 we where heroes when no one else report and our server crash several times a day. Today we are only one in the crowd. But it's interesting to see how it looks then.Click here to find out
