DAY 1: Ok guys, here is the latest RoadShow report! Last Wed. morning I got to the office bright and early ready to hook up the trailer, trying to beat the rain. I got everything all set and couldn't get the hydraulic legs to move. Then the sky opened up. Turns out the battery was dead so there we are out in the pouring rain with jumper cables attached to the car, sparks everywhere. Finally I got the legs up and everything hooked up. I ran inside to dry off and when we were finally ready to leave, I walked outside and it was sunny and beautiful. :mad:So off we go and about an hour into the trip we hit a state police roadblock. They have scales on the side of the road and all trucks have to go over. Sure enough, we are overweight! OK, I'll be the first

Just landed...
I haven't posted in awhile but just made my first vintage purchase ever (thanks to Achova).It's not a Rolex but I am already quite please with the new buy. It's a late 1960s Omega Pre-Moon Speedmaster with the cal. 861 movement. It's in great shape and I took it off the bracelet to put on a horween strap (originally purchased for my sub-c, though they didn't go well together). I have to admit that I now have the vintage bug and will probably only purchase those now. Hello Red Sub...I've included my Sub-C here so that there's some Rolex content.

My fathers new Patek 5170G
