Bvlgari AA44C13GLDCH wrist watches news:
For 2012 Eberhard & Co. will release these two rather clean looking sport watches called the Champion V. These are new versions of older Eberhard Champion watch collection pieces released about 20 years ago. The same sober looks are maintained while the Champion V watches are more modern in every way. I don't know why, but in their press release each time they write "Champion V," the Roman numeral 5 is done in a red font. There are going to be two distinct Champion V models. One will just be called the Champion V and the other will be called the Champion V Grande Date. While they are both decent watches I must admit to not understanding why the two models exists. I think they should have just made the Champion V Grande Date. Let me explain...Both versions offer multiple dial styles and colors. The styles range a lot actually and dial colors can come in blue, black, or white with different trims. The two watches have the same case - which is 42.80mm wide and 14.45mm thick. So what is
You may have already read Ben Clymer's thoughts on the upcoming (May 14th) Phillips "Start-Stop-Reset" auction, which is populated with an almost improbably rich collection of 88 of some of the rarest, most interesting, and most desirable vintage stainless-steel chronographs out there (the offering's so spectacular it's a little unsettling). Phillips has another auction the day after, as well: "The Geneva Watch Auction: Three." The latter isn't themed but that doesn't mean it isn't also full of some really interesting and unusual timepieces, so we sat down here at HODINKEE to do a little window shopping and see which ones from each auction we'd pick if we had the kind of war chest we dream of having. Here's what caught our eye. Start-Stop-Reset: 88 Epic Stainless Steel Chronographs (May 14th, Geneva) Cara Barrett: Lot 17 ¨C Patek Philippe Reference 1463 In Stainless Steel, Ca. 1945 1 OF 17 From the "Start-Stop-Reset" stainless-steel chronograph sale, I have c
since AP revamped the 15202, replaced the 15300 with the 15400, will they do anything with the Dual Time RO? What do you guys think? I'd love to see a 41mm Dual Time/Power Reserve...
If Patek expanded the Nautilus line to include a two tone 5711/1AR or 5711/1AJ with the same blue dial shade as the 5980/1AR, would you want to buy one?
So I've noticed online that the white face 116500 is being sold at a higher premium than the black face one.... and the difference is a considerable amount...at some places the white face is being sold $2500 USD more than the black face (at swissluxury for example)..... how come? Is this due to more demand of the white face?....also the difference is just a dial swap away, which probably Rolex will do themselves for you if you are ready to purchase the extra dial (if not now, maybe later).... than y such a big premium for a different colour dial? Also how long do you guys think this premium will remain? And scarcity? Meaning it will be easily available at Rolex stores?
