I've been collecting Hamiltons for several months. I've notice on e-bay that a number of models have a dial that is deep royal blue in color.Are these original to the watch or part of a refinished dial? If original, are they more scarce than other dial versions?

I was at the federal courthouse today in Milwaukee due to a jury summons and saw one of the other prospective jurors wearing this Seiko bullhead chrono. Had the original bracelet, too.photo from the internet

Hi Fellow TRF PaneristisI bought a PAM 164 (Luminor marina) last year and thought that was the last watch I shall purchase for a while. But now I have been afflicted with the Paneristi addiction and have my eyes set on a Radiomir. Since I spent a good $ 7.7k on the PAM 164, I wanted to get a new Rad within a decent price limit. The one that was piquing my interest was a PAM 380. Plain, simple, nice black seal logo and at a relatively decent $ 4.5k. Only issue I see is the manual wind (56h power reserve) which I am still not too used to as all my other watches are automatics. Any thoughts on PAM 380 or any other Rads within a $ 5k price limit? I plan to be buying the Rad in the UK this summer, so any leads on any good dealers and discounts on new PAMs would be highly appreciated.

Black dial. At the AD on Kalakaua Ave in Waikiki. Priced at MSRP plus 4.75% tax. I wasn¡¯t really interested, and I thought it looked too big on me. Not interested in flipping. The guy working said they usually don¡¯t make it to the display case. He was excited that I noticed and knew what it was. I expect it will be gone soon. Pretty slim pickings for SS otherwise. Two black Explorer IIs looked to be about it other than the usual DJs and OPs.

I am just back from Montego Bay. Was in the shops and a store call Bijoux had many top brands but no Rolex. I asked the mgr and he said they have Rolex in their port store (for the cruise ships). I had him call about any stainless sports models...they had the Sub Date and a James Cameron Deep Sea. He offered it to me at 5% off their msrp of $11750 USD. Could have bought it at $11,116. I know, that is a great deal and I could flip it, but I passed. They didn't have it in the store I was at and I would need to come back. Also didn't want to deal with customs (although very easy) and selling. Anyone going to Jamaica and is interested, they probably still have it.
