Blogging basically started as a way share your digital diary with..., well anyone. The concept seemed a bit "trendy" at first. One of those, "using the power of the internet" to allow the lay person to distribute their ideas. The fear was that legions of untalented, bad writers would flood the net with uninteresting, or at least unedited written spew.We now know that blogging is here to stay, and while it may not always be called blogging, the idea of the individual commenting on, or discussing various topics is a new force, which is reckoned with. It is also a new responsibility. Many opinionated people may feel the pressure to blog or else face a lack of listeners. Political pundits, actors, and others actively use blogging as means of promoting themselves and their campaigns or products. A Pet Peeve about Breitling
Ok, a slight pet peeve I'd like to get off my chest.As most of you know, I love the Breitlings Almost everything about them is A+, or least A-...However, there is one item that really drives me nuts. Why is the dial on the Olympus's in French??? OK, granted, I rarely don't know the month, and usually know the day but still.. It would be so nice to see that info in English. Every time I set it I have to remember which is which.. It's definitely not something I can glance at to get the info off of..After a phone call to BUSA I was told that yes - it's only available in that one language...Almost every other brand offers a few languages for their calendar models, so why not Breitling? Any ideas anyone????

Patek 5726 for AP diver
As some of you might know, I had a Patek 5726 on strap that I sold since I liked my 5712 much more and the day and month windows were too small and it was hard to read, so basically that funded the diver.Am I happy with the trade? Extremely happy, I have it only for 2 weeks and I think I rarely feel in love with a watch so quickly, I had a few fears getting it though, the first was the comfort, since I have my 5712 I found it impossible to wear a Pam or Rolex, had 4, BLNR, sub LV and LN and a RG daytona 116515, so since the diver is about the same weight as a sub I feared that I would find it very uncomfortable, to my surprise I find it practically as comfy as the 5712.My second fear was that I wouldn't like it in real since it's a big watch and my big watch period is over, no more 44mm Pams, had 3, but no I got used to it and find it looks great, in fact I seem to love equally both watches, they are totally different, for me the 5712 is a sporty looking dress watch, while the diver is
