Cartier W69003Z2 wrist watches news:
Ulysse Nardin’s origins as a maker of nautical clocks and marine chronometers are on display in many of the brand’s modern wristwatches, like its Marine collection of divers’ watches. The newest model from the Swiss brand’s Cloisonn¨¦ collection of limited-edition timepieces, the Classico Limited Edition Santa Maria, continues the theme of sailing with its tribute to the flagship vessel of Christopher Columbus’s historic voyage to the Americas in 1492.The Santa Maria, the largest of Columbus’s trio of ships that made the trip across the Atlantic Ocean to the New World, is depicted in elegantly rendered cloisonn¨¦ on the finely enamelled dial. The legendary ship, with its flag waving as if in an ocean wind, stands out from the greenish blue of the ocean waves and the dark blue of the sky. More than 5o hours of intricate work by artisans and more than 26 baking processes were needed to create each dial. The Classico Limited Edition Santa Maria is powered
I am proud to share with all of you that today is my 2 year anniversary with my wife! We are not planning anything special right now, but later in the summer maybe. To keep it somewhat watch related....a celebratory drink and trusty watch to tell me when it is time to stop. LOL File Photo.Strange it does not seem like 730 days. But then again if you subtract sleep, weekends and time spent online surfing TZ, it really is only a couple of months. It goes by like that! :DThanks for reading.~JB
Well, I managed to find a MINT MIL-W-46374D Type 1 and I love it. I like the way the second hand sweeps and how accurate and long it lasts on a full wind. But the down side is that I am afraid to wear it in the field, its just too darn perfect to beat up.I have been thinking about fitting an H3 Dial on a military style LL Bean that I wouldn't be worried about. Has anybody done that before?
Would you guys suggest to send to Omega or is there someone you can suggest that does excellent work on Omega's? Just want to plan ahead for when I need some work. Thanks,John
Hi all. I have handled 2 speedy pros lately both 1863s. One while winding, the crown would reverse slightly as I released it to regrip for another turn. The second had no reverse in it at all while winding. Why the difference?Thank you.
