- I was looking for an all silver watch and was surprised to find it in Movado. I thought their duct only had the black dial. It matches my husband's wedding band perfectly.It looks better than the picture - quietly rich looking.We will have to add links to the band, but very happy other than that.

Speedmaster Happy
I ware my Seamaster chrono daily, but have been itching to get a Speedy for a while now. I wanted something cleaner looking but still elegant and sporty. I just came home with this one and couldn't be happier. I really like the day/month and 24 hr dials. Along with the chrono feature and water resistant to 300ft, makes this a perfect EDC watch. Luv the quick set day too. 38 1/2mm.

New Omega arrival - Oh yes.
Not quite what you think folks, but following my thread for the 1171 bracelet and a successful WTB, it has arrived. WIS said, its rattly, its flimsy, its tinny, go aftermarket. They were right. Its light, it rattles like there's no tomorrow and feels lighter than titanium. I LOVE IT :D .It melts into the watch, I had to spend some time carefully fitting in the end-links and boy they are a tight fit. But I am chuffed with the watch now. It is complete.Enjoy the piccies fellas the steel collection as it looks now:

This is how it started for me. I was 19 years old and in the U.S.Army stationed in Kassel Germany. The year was 1965. A friend of mine was previously assigned to the 82nd airborne. He had a beautiful watch he used to time his jumps from the aircraft. This watch had all kinds of buttons and knobs and I was really impressed. It was an Omega Sea Master. I owned literally nothing. Even the green uniform I wore belonged to the Army. I wanted one thing I could call my own. I saved my money for a few months. It's hard to save money when your pay is $127.00 a month. I drank about $100.00 a month in that Great German Beer. One Day I got on a train and headed for Frankfort. Arriving at the Post Exchange, I headed for the watch section and asked to see an Omega Sea Master. the sales Lady informed me they were all out of Omegas, but she said We have this.She handed me a watch with no buttons, no knobs, no stop watch, no nothing. However, It was a very nice looking watch. I asked what it, as I had
