This watch has a very nice Swiss movement with LeCoultre type ebauche (plates, bridges) 9ct gold case with fixed lugs and a pin set mechanism next to the crown. I will post pictures when I receive it.
Towards the end of the year I created a section in my "Watch Wishlist" document (yes, I have an actual list!) called "Going For", which was a list of the handful of watches on my full list that I was actively targeting. I haven't paid it much attention since then, but have a look at how it looks now!!Going ForBlue Sumo doneYellow Jellyfish doneSinn 857 doneOmega Great White incomingLum-Tec V1 incomingI have always heard that writing down you goal almost magically helps you achieve them - and it seems to have worked! I need to do some consolidating now, though!!!
Enjoyed a great dinner with my family and a great friend Free-flow of lobsters and other delicious food kept us busy the whole night, all with the company of some fine watches and soulful topics... e.g. What's common between lobster and AP? The answer: They are both... devine, best of class, great in all variety and sizes, expensive, and most importantly... they make people happy, and want more!Enjoy your weekend!

Hi AllI bought my first Rolex about 12 years ago. A white dial Explorer II. For 12 years, I was completely out of the Rolex watch scene. A couple times, I thought about getting another watch, looked at Omega, but I didn't pull the trigger. About 6 months, after hearing my older brother getting his 3rd watch, I started checking the current Rolex collection and was immediately drawn to the beauty of D-blue. I joined the forum, called around all the local dealers, a week later. I got the watch. This forum is a dangerous place. I was addicted. I started reading more, I started looking at several other models. All the beautiful owner's pictures are bad... Anyway, I was lucky to get the D blue, BLNR, Sub-LV, and Sky-D in 6 Months period. Here is my current collection (Lady datejust and the hulk are my wife's). Next will be Daytona white20180304_111558.jpgSent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
