- I trust Heidi Daus' workmanship and design and I was not disappointed. The watch is very comfortable on the wrist and inspite of the Roman numerals is easy to read. Love the fall tones and the soft changeable straps.

Cartier 0000 wrist watches news:
Hello everyone. I am a newbie in this forum and chanced upon this when I was surfing the net for discussions on Omega problems experienced by its owners. It's quite a surprise that I have read on the net a lot of problems involving the Omega brand considering that the brand is quite reputable and reliable.I just purchased a PO Seamaster chronograph (brand new) 45.5 mm from Zurich last November and after 3 weeks of use (just walking around - no diving, swimming or any rough and tumble sports), I noticed that my watch was not telling the right time. In an 8-24 hour span, that watch would be 2 hours or more advanced. I ignored it at first and just adjusted it to the right time but the problem just repeated itself. To my dismay, just a couple of hours ago, my watch died on me. I am off to the Official Dealer here in my country (not Zurich) and I really hope they can resolve this problem. My concern is that with all the complaints I have read on the net, it would seem that I am not alone h
I was looking through one of my favorite online watch store (not sponsored, so i won't mention the website) and noticed the suggested retail prices of the Planet Oceans have all gone up. I've been eyeing the Planet Ocean for several months and the 45mm model was always around $3600 MSRP, but now it's $3880 MSRP.Has there been a recent price increase???
In my never ending quest for all things horological...I run across thesevintage waltham blades.. How cool.Could there be a connection...Gang?
Has anyone experience with refurbishing watchcase by Patek?I consider to refurbish my Nautilus by Patek, it is in a bad condition. Two question about this:1. How much did Patek charge for refurbishing watchcase (in line with .patek/en/client-service/service-costs)?2. How was the result? Thanks in advance!
these are old pictures which I took long ago.My AD had one 5070P and called me when it was delivered. The watch was ofcourse sold but at least I could take some pics of this dreampieceAnd because I read too many questions on this site if a Patek is really so much better than Rolex ... Look at these macro movement shots. The finishing is unbelievablenote that these are pics from another 5070, the red gold. Also pictures I took long ago but since the movement shot from the platinum 5070 were not that good I'll show these.Ofcourse the movement in a 5070 red, yellow white or platinum are exactly the same.So if somebody ever asks again if they are better ... this answers your question. If you don't know how much effort this takes ... read some books about high-end watchmaking br
