I'd been looking for an SD for a few weeks and considered several different watchs from dealers and private parties alike. I ended up buying a nice, pre-owned, K serial SD. I worked with one of our fantastic sponsors, Top Notch Watch. The experience couldn't have been easier and I'd do business with Scott Levin again in a heartbeat. Communication was probably too good if that's possible. I very likely wore out my blackberry emailing Scott during my travels in the last week! But he patiently answered every message (often from his own blackberry) and made me feel very comfortable about the buying process. Zenith Service Center - Extremely Poor Quality of Work
I just got my Zenith C6 back from the Zenith Service Center. I can only pray the work they did on the inside was better than work they did on the outside. The watch case was pristine when I sent the watch to them. When the watch was returned to me, the case back was all scratched up, and I could also see a tool mark where they opened the case back on the side next to the crown. The case back is supposed to be removed at a location between the lugs. It looks like a complete amateur worked on the watch. They even nearly destroyed my warranty card. I'm going back to the AD and make a formal complaint about the service center's quality of work. I will NEVER send another watch to the New Jersey service center. I'm furious about the terrible quality of their work, and I'm going to post this on every watch forum I'm a member of. I doubt I will ever buy another Zenith watch again because of this. The gouge in the case next to the crown looks to be unrepairable without replacing the case. I'v
