- I got this a couple of years ago [...]... absolutely love it. I wanted a watch that looked like a bracelet. You can't even tell it's a watch until you examine it closely. [...] It's a classic!

Cartier Cartier 9646 wrist watches news:
Hi everyone! I am looking to buy a new watch and after months of looking around, i am down to these two. I am posting an image and spec comparison of both. I am being offered around the same price for both. The PO is couple of hundred bucks lesser. One thing to keep in mind about the price is in the PO i am getting the bracelet and with the MM its a rubber strap. Which one would you guys pick and why? help me choose. I am posting this in the public, omega and the chopard forum, so i get feedback from the neutrals as well as the fans! Thanks!picasaweb.google/karthick...eat=directlinkHTML Code:
Hi there, how is everyone doing? . Im wondering if anyone can tell me any information on this watch? (im going to paste a description and pictures below) As i have been looking for ANY information on this watch (value, make, model, movement) and i have found nothing. I even tried omega's vintage watch search and i cannot find it. The closest i have found is that it may have been a military issued watch but i am unsure?! It was my grandad's and its in extremely good condition, and still works. Here's the descritpion and pictures, and hopefully you may be able to tell me anything about it! Im just about to phone Omega at the moment, to see if they can perhaps give me any info. I was also wondering about my cyma watch, but i found similar that were handed out in the RAF so im guessing it may be to do with that? Many thanks in advance. Oh and i did post something similar about these watches plus my speedmaster, but that was a few months ago, and i still have no info on this omega pocket wa
I noticed something strange on my 25860 today and wanted the experts advice. I usually try and run the chronograph a few times a month to make sure the oils get some action. I always line up the chronograph seconds hand with the subdial seconds hand at 6 o'clock so they are in sync. Today after a few hours, I noticed the chronograph seconds hand was 4 seconds ahead of the running seconds hand. Has anyone seen this before? I could see the reverse happening (normal seconds hand running faster) if the vertical clutch disengaged by accident for a little bit but I am also not a watchmaker. Also, I had a full movement service 2 years ago at APSC and had to send it back less than a year ago because it was running 20 seconds fast a day (oils dried prematurely was their response) and they serviced it again.Thoughts?
Having a really tough time finding a reasonably priced XS strap for my new ROO Elephant. Can anyone help me with what size the tang buckle is on the stock hornback strap is?Thanks!
Hi all. Newbie here. Getting abit addicted. I landed here to learn about and buy a rolex but I absolutely love the 42 mm planet ocean. My question is do they hold their value well? Is a 2-8 yr old model a good choice from an investment standpoint? Thanks
