- Although the appearance is very good and keeps good time, the date circles seem to be solely decorative. I was a bit disappointed, not knowing that before buying it.

- The Vector has everything you will need ascending to the summit. My only warning is keep any type of alcohol, bug spray, or sunscreen away from the watch. It will melt the plastic face. This is not covered under their warranty.

Chopard 288524-3001 wrist watches news:
If you like vintage diver designs, specifically the early days of the Rolex Submariner, but not current vintage diver prices, Raven Watches has something you should see. The company, part of STEVRAL who also owns Benarus, recently release their new Raven Vintage 42mm. The name sets up what you are getting right away: vintage design cues in a modern, 42mm case. Some of the hard to find Rolex Submariners are the early non-crown guard models (6536 & 6538) and the military models with ?sword hands (5513 & 5517). The Raven Vintage 42mm combines elements from these ?models into this release. The case size of the Raven Vintage 42mm is clear in the title, with the lug-to-lug length coming in at a reasonable 50mm. Like the early Submariners the Raven has a large crown without crown guards. It really captures the look and spirit of those early watches, although the crown on the Raven is not quite as large. The domed acrylic crystal puts the height of the watch in at a thick 15.5mm, but it
Is the DSSD going to be the new Daytona/LV/GV or will it be a fad?
Esteemed and fellow watch fans.Noticed a friend of mine wearing this vintage Longines. When I asked him about it he said it was his fathers but didnt know the year of manufacture He was guessing some time in the 50's??? With that said, if there's anyone out there who knows what would be the year of manufacture for this watch, please let me know. Also posted this on the General Forum...Sorry the pic focused on my pants instead of the watch!!!
I'm figuring out how to do this...Round one...stinks, I know.Round two...a bit better.Still working on it.
Afternoon All,I had a Daytona a while back but sold it as I never really got on with it very well. I found the dial a bit hard to read and just generally never really connected with it.I thought I was done with chronographs but I've been looking for something that I can wear on a strap and have been looking at Panerai but i've seen a lot of you guys wear your Speedmasters on bracelets as well as straps so thought i'd take a look and see what's what. All my other watches are Rolex and have been thinking about trying something new so thought I'd check out a few Omega's at my local AD as never really looked at the brand before.I tried on the Speedmaster Pro manual wind as well as the new Apollo 17 anniversary addition plus the relative new co-axial Speedmaster with the in house movement. The new Apollo 17 Speedmaster is bonkers! Totally illegible dial but does look kind of cool. Can't imagine they'll sell very many though. The new Co-Axial speedmaster I found a bit on the big and bulky side
