- The watch was a wedding gift for my, now, husband and he loved it. The only issue I have with the watch is it stops to frequently and needs to be reset if it's not worn for more than 10 hours other than that a great purchase.

- Very nice, rich looking and classy. Changeable bands give the watch a different look for different occassions. Large face with mother of pearl dial.

Chopard 168543-3001 wrist watches news:
When I heard last spring that Tom Anstead was going to come out with an updated version of his Kickstarter-fueled Oceanis, I was eager to get it on my wrist. I'd reviewed the first generation piece and had mentioned a few improvements I was hoping for in a next generation watch, including some quality control. I was eager to see how the boutique brand had addressed them. The good news is, they did indeed address quality control, and a few other things too. I don't mean this to be a head to head comparison of the Gen I and II versions, but comparisons are inevitable when discussing evolutionary models. I'll keep them to a minimum.Anstead Oceanis Gen II ReviewCase: 316L SteelMovement: Miyota 9015Dial: BlackLume: SuperLuminovaLens: SapphireStrap: Steel BraceletWater Res.: 300mDimensions: 44 x 49 mmThickness: 14.3 mmLug Width: 22 mmCrown: screwdownWarranty: 1 year, limitedPrice: $649CaseThe Oceanis' case is machined from 316L stainless steel. 316L is particularly resistant to corrosion (you

Some of you might recall my last incoming post regarding my new blue Sector 650 chronograph. I finished up by stating I was in the hunt for a silvertone dial companion piece. Well, the hunt is over, and the watch is incoming. I'll let you know when it arrives. (Geez, that one did not take long. Good price too.)
Hi everyone,Does any one have any info on the "watchpart.co.uk" web site? I have purchased some parts from them a couple of months ago with no problems but now when i try the site it doesn't seem to exist. Is the company still running or has it folded? If it has folded, would people suggest some other uk based parts suppliers i could use. Thanks in advance, Zak
I've been wanting to get the Omega Ridged Rubber Strap for my SMP for the last ten years or so since I got my SMP. But, I just couldn't justify spending that much on it.My SMP has been great to me and has been my primary watch for the past 10 years. It has a lot of memories and sentimental value. But, I've gone through two clasps on it and I wanted to freshen it up a bit. So, I noticed the trend of the Nato and Zulu straps on the forum and decided to give it a shot.Initially I had an eBay special $5 watch tool kit that included a spring bar removal tool, but the tool SUCKED. So, I spent some money and bought the Bergeon one and I had my Omega bracelet off in minutes. Here are a couple pics of the watch:I'm enjoying it. If you guys have any other suggestions on other cool Nato or Zulu straps, please let me know!
