- I love the watch, I really do, but seeing two other users with the exact same issue as me (band came off, no way to fix it) leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. I can't recommend this as there is clearly a design blem.

- Received this today; beautiful watch, great value at the current $89, absolute steal at the birthday price of $64 (which is what I paid). Again, this is one I'm thrilled to have; so glad I didn't let it pass me by.

- This watch is just beautiful and is very stylish for casual and work day. It's a present for my husband and he has not seen it yet but since he likes what I like I know he will be blown away with pride for this watch.

Chopard 168459-3019 wrist watches news:
Piaget has really struck on something with the Altiplano Skeleton, managing to create the world's thinnest (5.34mm) automatic openworked watch in a way that is both delicate and masculine. For Only Watch 2013¡ªthe 5th edition of the biennial charity auction for Duchenne muscular dystrophy¡ªPiaget will be offering up a unique Altiplano Skeleton that has been given a black PVD finish to highlight the watch's darker side. 2 OF 4 The Original Altiplano Skeleton for Only Watch 2011 While the Altiplano has been a Piaget mainstay for some time now, interestingly, the company's first stab at skeletonizing the Altiplano was also an Only Watch. Offered up in the 2011 auction, the first Altiplano skeleton was also PVD treated, though as you would expect from the first skeleton in the line, it was a very different watch - you can see our hands-on look at the original here.?Since then, the company has refined the movement significantly and the white gold incarnation has become one
That is the question being asked due to the rise of the Euro plus Panerai's history of annual and semi-annual price increases.Rolex's had a price increase last week...AP had an increase last monthAnd today with the $ at $1.525 against the Euro, the increase seems inevitable.Any thoughts on this?
Thought you folks might find this of interest.Breitling USA names new president December 07, 2007 New York¡ªSwiss watchmaker Breitling USA has named Philippe Bonay as the new president of its U.S. division, as longtime president Marie Bodman heads to the watch company's Swiss headquarters. Bonay has spent nearly a decade in the watch industry, most recently serving as president of Italian watch company Panerai for the past five and a half years. Prior to that, he spent four years at luxury goods retailer Richemont doing marketing for Piaget and Baume et Mercier in Hong Kong and then for Piaget and Panerai in the United States, before taking the helm at Panerai. "Philippe's expertise in marketing and strategic planning will help him direct and strengthen Breitling's brand focus in the U.S. for years to come, and I look forward to working with Philippe and know that Breitling will prosper under his direction," Bodman said in a release. Bodman introduced Breitling to the United States in 1
I sent an email to Clearwater but didn't get a response, figured I would ask here.I know you can purchase the SS and Gold ROO bracelet straight from AP. Can you also purchase one in Ti? I'm thinking ahead on the 'Grey Ghost' piece and would like to have the versatility of bracelet as well as the rubber (plus I think it will look fantastic). If anybody has any info on this (and pricing) it would be great. I was thinking it's possible, as models such as the 26170TI.00.1000TI.01 were full titanium with bracelet.
Greetings! I have never ventured into the Patek world, but clearly appreciate those timepieces which are outside of my price range. Without going into the details, this family heirloom was passed on to me over the weekend. From my minimal research, it shows a serial number of 159057, which appears to be from the time between 1910 and 1915. The movement has the name Chas. N. Hancher; this is also on inscribed elsewhere as it says Made for Chas. N. Hancher Wheeling, WV. Records show that Chas is short for Charles, and that there was an incorporated jewelry store in Wheeling named Cas. N. Hancher from about 1900-1945.Does it work? I am not even sure when the last time this was running, so I am concerned about even testing the movements until I can get it to an expert. My hope is to have an expert service it and put into working operations again. Any suggestions you have about servicing? Also, something I found neat about the monogram, it is not engraved/etched into the piece, it is
