Jeanrichard Aquascope Watch With Hokusai "The Great Wave Off Kanagawa" Dial For Japan
Swiss Jeanrichard can't seem to get enough special edition models out their doors lately - but at least most of them are pretty cool. This newest series of special models is in honor of Japan, and puts a Hokusai-inspired dial on an Aquascope watch. Let me first mention what I don't know: and that is whether or not these are part of a limited edition, or if they are to be exclusively sold in Japan. I have a feeling the answer to both is "no," but we just don't know yet. Having said that, my instinct tells me these will be part of a limited production, meaning their numbers won't be strictly limited but they aren't going to be regular models and will be produced for maybe a year or so only.For years now, we've seen dive watches with wave patterns on the dial. Brands such as Omega and Ulysse Nardin have been doing that for a while. Using instances like those as precedent, Jeanrichard decided to replicate some rather famous waves on the dials of two Aquascope models, that it touts as being

Avenger Skyland Purchase...?
I'm new to this forum and joined because I'm in the market for an Avenger Skyland, I like the Tungsten Grey dial. The nearest Breitling dealer to me is in San Antonio, TX (about 2 hours from where I live in Laredo, TX)I have a couple of questions that I hope I can get answered by forum members:1. I called one of the dealers (Torneau) and the lady I spoke with said she had the watch in stock for $4550. My question is when buying a watch of this caliber is the price somewhat negotiable (perhaps a few hundred off) or is it a non-negotiable amount?2. I've read on some online reviews that many people think the Avenger Skyland is overpriced and many would prefer to spend a little extra for the Super Avenger....any thoughts on this?3. Any pros or cons that you guys know of with the Avenger Skyland that might help me learn a little more about the watch from an owner's perspective...?Any advice or tips in the buying process would also be greatly appreciated. My friends father years ago owned a Corvette and when complimented by a Business acquaintance who happened to be a Women who unbeknownst to him also owned one. His mistake was to say " its not a Machine for Women". Big regret! Any Horology Stories of Women calling the Man "Grasshopper"?

I like the Oris Artelier Complication with the silver dial, but I also like the looks of the Ball Engineer Master II moonphase with white dial. Don't know much about them and I have not seen either one in person yet. Can anyone who owns any of these watches give me some feedback of your watch?Thank You

SubC dilemma: to trade for PO 8500 or not??
Guys,BIG dilemma. Im getting married this summer and can only afford one watch for now... I really like the new omega PO 8500 on bracelet and rubber. Done a lot of research and it would be a good pickup. However my random serial subc I picked up at the end of the year is my baby. I'm such a sub head. Problem is, I could get cash in a trade for the PO and put it toward some much needed expenses... Should I trade or keep the sub and hold out for the PO later on, sucking up the expenses, OR trade and re-buy the sub again lol. Thanks again, I hope to get some much needed advice. Cheers.
