Breguet Marine Royal Ref. 5847 Alarm Watch
In 2004 Breguet launched a new interpretation of the Marine line, and for 2009 they introduce the Marine Royal Ref. 5847 with 300 meter water resistance and an alarm designed to operate under water. The case is an imposing 45mm and is available in 18k pink or white gold. Twin barrels provide the power – one for timekeeping and one for the alarm. Both barrels are wound by a single crown. The Marine Royal naturally possesses the usual diver¡¯s-watch features, including a unidirectional bezel inscribed with a graduated 20-minute sector. The bezel¡¯s rotation is secured by a blocking pawl, visible and located between the two winding crowns on the case flank. The crowns screw down, and the alarm setting crown and on-off pushpiece, in gold, are sheathed in rubber for easier handling. To improve legibility, the minute markers and minute hand along with the hour hand are coated with white luminous superluminova, while the hour and alarm markers glow blue. hour hand problem
hi guys,i have had an oris t.t.1 blue dial for 4 years now. i have only worn it when out on a meal etc, so have had to change the time/date on the next occasion i have worn it.the problem started the other day when i changed the time/date. the minute hand spun round as normal,but the hour hand stuck on 4.20pm. the hour hand unstuck after a few spins,so i changed it to the correct time.i didn't notice straight away,but the hour hand seems about 10 mins behind.i.e. if the watch reads 6 o'clock, the minute hand points up to 12 but the hour hand is pointing just before 6. if i change the time and wind the watch forward 10 mins, the hour hand is where it should be. (pointing on 6!!).have i overwound my watch,or damaged a cog??any help appreciated thanks!

Panerai Regatta Series??
I was wondering what people think of these. I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all, but I find some of them quite nice looking. Looks aside, though, I wonder if Panerai fans in general like them. I can only assume that they must be somewhat popular, as they are hard to come by, being limited and all.In terms of where they are positioned in the Panerai Brand, my thinking is that they are somewhere in between the Regular Line watches and the Ferarri Sports car line, with a closer edge to the mainline brand.
