- Gorgeous watch. Have had for over 2 years. But, it tarnishes very quickly if gotten wet. I wash my hands a lot being a Nurse, and the watch turned silverish, but keeps on ticking! Lots of compliments, though! And, runs great.

Thanks to an E-Bay gift certificate that my kids gave me for Christmas I just received a Casio wave ceptor WVQ400J-1. Some of the features are:- Solar powered and atomic timekeeping.- 43mm case and resin strap- WR 330 feet- Stopwatch, dual time, daily alarm and tachymeter- lume on the hands and minute markers plus LED light to illumination the face. Auto light function available.The listing on the watch said that it had a black face but there is a noticeable brown hue. I like the look of the face with the digital feature limited to a small window at the 4:00 position. My first impression of the strap was that it was flimsy as it is narrow (18mm) and not very thick. However it is comfortable on the wrist.

Thanks to all the enablers and eyeing this watch on TRF (and even trying one on at the GTG) I now own my 2nd Patek! I was just making a routine call/ check in to my local AD to see if he had gotten this watch in (it's never in stock) and low and behold, one had arrived this afternoon. I hurried down to the dealer and tried it on. I was planning on waiting until the fall or Christmas to purchase, but once it was on my wrist there was no way I could leave without it. Gents,Just wanted to share my new 5167. My first patek. I purchased the bracelet model but also picked up the strap / buckle. The bonus of a seven percent price decline! My AD coaxed me to get the bracelet model as that is more readily available from the mothership. Since I like bracelets, that worked for me. Also meant wouldn't have to duke it out with other customers that wanted the strap version. I'm very pleased. Surprised it doesn't hack, but I'm not a timing nut so don't really care. But for this price, I'd kind of expect it. The dial is beautiful and the winding impeccable. My prior smoothest winder was an iwc 5007, I think this one tops that. Took it to patek boutique and they managed to size it and only scratch up the links a little. What a bust, does anyway take care anymore.Re the bracelet. I'd have to says its beautiful, super comfortable. I hope it's not too delicate as it kind of feels that way. I've also had the fine VC overseas bracelet, I think that one
